Unwrappa is a hobby project provided 'as is' and 'as available.' The operator makes no warranties regarding the reliability, availability, or security of the service. You use the service at your own risk.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Unwrappa. By registering, you confirm you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request age verification if necessary.

3. Account Approval & Conduct

Manual Verification

All accounts are subject to manual approval. We reserve the right to decline any application without explanation.

Code of Conduct

Harassment, hate speech, fraud, or 'unserious' behavior will result in an immediate and permanent ban.

Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your identity and social media channels.

4. User Content & License

You retain ownership of the content (photos, videos, media kits) you upload or link to Unwrappa. However, by using the service, you grant Unwrappa a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and share this content with Brands you apply to, strictly for the purpose of facilitating PR collaborations.

5. Limitation of Liability

Unwrappa is a facilitator only. We are not responsible for:

•The business relationships formed between Brands and Creators.
•The delivery, quality, or safety of PR products sent to addresses obtained via the platform.
•Any disputes that arise between users.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Sweden.

7. Pricing

Using Unwrappa is currently free. We reserve the right to introduce pricing in the future with at least 30 days' notice.
